The free tools score the general question and hand you generic copy per gap. The audit is two people inside your actual systems for two weeks, and every finding carries a dollar figure calculated from your numbers. One tells you which questions you failed. The other tells you what failing them costs.
What it costs
$5,000. Flat. Two weeks from a fixed start date.
You read the document. If you do not agree we found at least three things worth fixing, tell us and we refund the fee in full. You decide, not us, and you keep the document either way.
If you hire us to build within sixty days, the whole fee comes off the build.
Why we charge for it
Everybody in this business gives away a free discovery call, which is why it is worth nothing to you.
This is two people spending two weeks in your systems and writing something down. The thinking is the product, and you keep the document no matter what happens next.
If you read it and hire somebody cheaper to build from it, that is a fine outcome. We wrote it to be handed to a stranger.
What we need from you
Two weeks of access and about six hours of your time, total.
Read only access to the systems in scope, and one hour each with the two or three people who actually do the work, not the managers who describe it. They know where the bodies are buried.
What happens after
You get the document and a ninety minute session walking you through it. Then one of three things happens.
You do nothing and keep a document that shows exactly where your money is going. You hand it to somebody else, and it works. Or you hire us to build the top item, at the fixed price already in the document, with the audit fee taken off.
We do not chase. If you want to move, you tell us.
