What we collect
When you submit the form on this site we collect your name, work email, mobile number, company, website if you give one, what you are running today, what you want fixed, and your timeline. If you used one of our tools we also collect the result you generated, meaning your Hollow Test score and the questions you missed, or the inputs and outputs of the savings calculator. We record the page you submitted from, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, and whether you checked either consent box, along with the time you checked it.
What we do with it
It goes to our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel, and it notifies Cody Landry so he can reply. That is the entire purpose. We use it to answer you, to prepare for a conversation with you, and to keep a record of the engagement if you become a client.
Your phone number
Your phone number is used to reach you about your request. It is not added to a broadcast list. We only send you text messages if you checked a consent box, and each box covers only what it says: one for transactional and service messages about your request and any work we do together, and one for marketing and promotional messages. Both are optional and neither is required to submit the form or to buy anything from us. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes the request that carries your submission. GoHighLevel stores the contact record. We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not add you to anybody else's list.
Analytics
We measure which pages get read and which buttons get used. We do not run a tag manager, a chat vendor script or a marketing pixel on first paint.
How to be deleted
Email info@requisitedesigns.com and ask. We will delete the contact record and confirm it in writing. You do not have to give a reason and it does not affect anything else.
