No lead waits longer than sixty seconds.
First Reply is an importable GoHighLevel snapshot that answers, qualifies and books your new leads with AI. Every message it sends is written back where you can read it, it hands the conversation to a person on the cases it should not touch, and one toggle you own stops the whole thing.

The lead did not go cold because it was a bad lead
It went cold because it arrived at 7pm on a Thursday and the first human answer went out on Monday.
The usual fix is to put an AI on the front of it. That part is easy and half a dozen people will sell it to you this month. The part they leave out is what happens on the day it answers something wrong, and whether you can find out that it did.
A first responder you cannot read, cannot stop and cannot hand off is not a system you own. It is a button somebody else installed in your account. This snapshot is the same speed with the parts that make it yours.
Who this is for
You already run GoHighLevel, you get inbound leads through a form, a call or an ad, and some of them sit for hours before anybody answers. You have admin access to your own sub account and you can import a snapshot into it.
You do not run GoHighLevel. Buy nothing here. This is a snapshot file for one platform and it will not do anything anywhere else, and we would rather say that on the sales page than in a refund email.
What is in the file
You import one snapshot into your own GoHighLevel sub account. Everything below arrives with it, in your account, under your login.
Four workflows.
First response on a new inbound lead. Qualification and booking. A follow up sequence for no reply, with a hard stop instead of an infinite loop. And the handoff, which takes the AI out of the conversation and puts a named person in it.
The prompt, written and tested.
The qualifying questions, the tone, the things it is told never to do, and what it says when it does not know. Yours to edit, in a custom value, not buried inside a workflow step where you will never find it again.
Eleven custom fields and the tag set.
What the workflows read and write, named consistently, so a person reading a contact record six months from now can tell what happened to that lead and when.
A pipeline with real stages.
New, contacted by AI, qualified, booked, handed to a human, disqualified. The workflows move opportunities through it, so your board reflects what actually happened rather than what somebody remembered to drag.
The stop switch.
One custom value. Set it to off and every AI send in every workflow halts immediately, without deleting a workflow, unpublishing anything, or losing the leads already in flight. You do not need us and you do not need a developer.
A readable log.
Every message the AI sends is written back to the contact record as a note, in plain text, with a timestamp. You can read yesterday in about a minute. This is the part that is missing from nearly everything else in this category.
The handoff rules, written down.
The six situations where the AI stops and gets a person: an explicit request for a human, a complaint, a pricing question beyond the band you set, a legal or medical question, a second unanswered clarification, and anything it flags as out of scope.
The consent gate.
It will not send an SMS to a contact with no consent flag, and it honors STOP and HELP before anything else runs. An AI that texts people who never opted in is not a speed advantage, it is an A2P problem with a faster clock on it.
The ugly cases document.
What it does with a duplicate, a wrong number, an existing customer who filled the form again, an obvious competitor, an angry first message, and a lead outside your service area. Six cases, six defined behaviors, decided before they happen instead of during.
A one page install guide.
Import, then change four things: your business details, the qualifying questions, the pricing band the AI is allowed to discuss, and who the handoff goes to. Most people are done inside an hour.

Whether $97 is the right number is arithmetic you can do
Take your average closed deal. Take the number of inbound leads last month that nobody answered the same day. You do not need our estimate for either of those, you have both already.
If this recovers one of them, work out the trade yourself. We are comfortable with that arithmetic, which is why the price is on the page instead of behind a call.
What we are not going to do is put a made up dollar value beside each item above and add them into a total. That number would be ours, not yours, and you would be right not to believe it.
Thirty days, and you decide
Import it. Read what is in it. If you do not think it was worth $97, tell us inside thirty days and we refund it in full.
You decide that, not us. We will not ask you to prove you tried, and we will not take the snapshot back, because we cannot un-send a file and pretending otherwise would be theatre.
What people ask before they buy this
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the snapshot is yours. There is no recurring charge from us and nothing expires. Your own GoHighLevel bill and whatever your AI provider charges for the messages are separate and go to them, not to us.
Will the AI say something stupid to my customer?
Eventually something will surprise it, which is why the handoff rules and the ugly cases document exist and why every message it sends is logged. The design assumption is not that it never gets one wrong. The design assumption is that when it does, you find out from the log rather than from the customer.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. It is a snapshot import and four settings. If you can add a user to your sub account you can do this.
What does it cost to run?
Whatever your GoHighLevel plan already costs, plus the per message cost of the AI provider you point it at. We do not resell either one and we do not take a margin on your usage.
Can I change the workflows after I import them?
They are in your sub account, so yes, completely. Nothing is locked, nothing phones home, and nothing stops working if you never speak to us again. That is the point.
Will this get me in trouble with SMS consent rules?
Not by itself. The workflows check for a consent flag before any SMS send and honor STOP and HELP. What we cannot do from inside a file is register your brand and campaign with the carriers or write your consent language for you. If your A2P registration is not done, do that first.
Get the snapshot and import it today.
Four workflows, the prompt, the fields, the pipeline, the stop switch, the log, the handoff rules, the consent gate, the ugly cases and the install guide. One import into your own sub account.
Thirty days to decide it was worth it, and you are the one who decides.
